At Nano Precision Tools, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized tools
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Opened consumables (e.g., lubricants, cleaning agents)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email [email protected] with photos and your order number to request an exchange.
